Who is responsible. This website is run by Brent Milliken, trading as Milliken Frontier Advisory, at the address above. For any privacy question, write to hello@qurus.ch.
What we collect. Only what you choose to send us. If you ask for the tour: your name, work email, firm, country and role, whether you want occasional updates, that you accepted the tour terms, and which of our links brought you to the page, if any. If you email us: your name, email and message. The landing page has no analytics, no cookies and no other forms. The tour keeps one cookie in your browser, so the tour stays open on that browser for 14 days. The website host records basic technical data, such as your IP address and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it. To give you the tour, to follow up with you personally about qurus, to answer you, and, if you ticked the box, to send you occasional updates about qurus. To run and protect this website. We don’t use your data for automated decisions or profiling.
Who sees it. We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising. A few service providers process it on our instructions: website hosting (Vercel Inc., in the United States), and tour requests and email (Google, through Google Workspace). The fonts are served from this site, so your visit is not shared with a font service. Where a provider is outside Switzerland, we rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it. Only as long as the purpose needs. A tour request is deleted when it is no longer needed to give you the tour or to continue our conversation, or sooner if you ask. Occasional updates stop as soon as you tell us.
Your rights. You can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or limit how it’s used. Write to hello@qurus.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, your national data protection authority.
Changes. We may update this notice. The current version is always on this page.
Tour terms
Version of 2 November 2026
These terms apply when you ask for and use the qurus tour. You accept them by ticking the box on the tour form.
What the tour is. A demonstration of qurus, a concept in development, on an invented sample case. It is not an offer, and it is not legal advice. It is provided as it is, may change or stop at any time, and comes with no promise that it is complete or free of errors.
What you may do with it. View it to evaluate qurus for yourself or your firm. The tour opens on your browser for you; colleagues can ask for their own.
Confidentiality. The tour shows unpublished work. Please keep what you see in it confidential: don’t record, copy, publish or pass on its screens, workflows or features, except to colleagues at your firm who need them to evaluate qurus and who keep them confidential too. This doesn’t cover anything that is already public, such as this website, or that you already knew.
Ownership. qurus, the tour and their design, text and software belong to Milliken Frontier Advisory. Viewing the tour gives you no other rights. Don’t copy, scrape or reverse-engineer the tour, or use it to build or help build a competing product.
Your feedback. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve qurus, with no obligation to you.
Liability. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the tour.
Law and courts. Swiss law applies. The courts of the canton of Vaud, Switzerland, have jurisdiction.
